I was very happy with my gear from the PCT by the end of my hike.  For the CDT the biggest change is my tent change to the six moon designs deschutes CF.  I chose this based on the separation of the bug net from the tarp, so that I can bounce forward the bug net in the sections I don’t need it and save the weight.
